Ordered and paid for a service via Parcelmonkey to pick up and courier a package abroad (Europe). This was ordered BEFORE Christmas. Should have been picked up next day and SHOULD have arrived BEFORE Christmas.
No pick up and no feedback!!!! Service ordered was Parcelmonkey Air Mail. I've emailed via my account but as many of you all know they have no contact number. Now with all the sorry issues with CityLink, I am losing hope can anyone advise as I have paid for the service already :O(
If anyone can advise then that would be great! :O) I want the service but if they cannot provide this then I want a refund in order to book elsewhere and quickly.....
