I made an online order for an o2 Pay as you go upgrade.
I then got an email from Carphone Warehouse saying there was a problem with my order so I phoned them. They said they need to take payment details from me which I refused as this would void my Quidco cashback as the purchase wouldn't be wholly online.
I got them to cancel the order and I placed the order again going through Quidco.
Guess what? The exact same thing happened again, got the email saying problem with the order, phoned them and they wanted to take payment details.
Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know what's going on?
