Here's a list of top-name merchants from the Paypal website

https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/general/NewConsumerSafe-outside

There are 100s of other, smaller retailers that accept Paypal too.

This is a great idea to make a list, Whenever I sell something I don't transfer the money as it costs to much.

By the time you order at some places,it could be a week before you get a delivery and you could have had the money in the bank.

yes i do understand this but id rather wait a week on the supplier than let paypal have it for 7 days, its so frustrating knowing it takes so long, plus ive now reached my monthly limit and still havent recieved the letter from paypal so i can lift the limit

A letter ?

Usually its like verification where they put in 2 amounts into the bank account you have and you check your statement and you put it in on their site for a confirmed postal address or something with a ring back they do and you enter a 4 digit # on the phone. Then later on to you have to set up like a direct debit and they take the amounts out and (they do give them back in your account ) but again its like another process to lift limits, maybe it depends what account you got with them, but each time I've done something to verify, its always been concerning amounts of money in bank account or taken,I've never waited for any letters.
Although someone I know couldn't complete the phone task as I think there was some problem of the test Paypal end and Paypal did write to them and the actual letter come from America,so maybe thats why the letter you expecting as not come as quick as you thought it be.

No Quidco or Nectar points. Not sure if there on any other cashback site cos I don't use any others as others I have used in past been waste of time,4 me anyway.

ye ive done all that but it still hast been lifted, think the letter has just come through from america so hopefully just need to enter numbers and should be fine.

any more paypal accepted sites guys?
gonna make a list of them in morning

bump.....

The list of sites is not exactly extensive is it? I'd go as far as to say it's dire, for the premier online payment concern. Paypal is pretty rubbish isn't it?
#20
paypal is pants, charges are too high and takes too long for a transfer. but until we have a decent replacement what can we do.

any other websites?

anymore paypal accepting websites to add?
#22
EZYDVD in Australia accept paypal. I know it is a funnyone to add but used them loads.

Yes they sell Region 4 DVDs but so many have region free players. They do regular offers. You have to take Aus tax off and add postage. Current pre ordered a cheap lat season of the A Team

I've ordered from them quite a bit recently....top class & good customer service imo....nice to see some new guys on the scene....as it works out for us gamers...lol....

How will we ever cope with retailers under-cutting each other...lmao

I didnt think they did:thumbsup:

They did... Then they didn't... Now they do again.

Personally I've lost all respect for ebuyer and have no intention of using them again. Personal opinion... Bad service and piddle takers.

To each their own!
