No its not about this matter.
I have received an email from paypal credit that they will charge me £12 for late payment although my balance is zero and no payment was required as i have paid my balance before the minimum payment is due.
I need a number that i can call and get an advisor to talk to not the answer machine.
Sent them and email through the contact us page both they have not replied.

I am now thinking of closing my account as not happy to deal with a poor customer service like this

It's easier to use the number/code combination PayPal send you, when you get to the infuriating automated loop about your specific transactions just keep saying "agent" and you'll get through to an actual person.

So if you know the paypal help page, why did you have to ask for help and then be rude when people aare trying to help?

It is so obvious how to contact paypal and speak to an agent

its a automated service,
if you actually took the time and went on the paypal contact us page you get that phone number and a code, you enter the code and select the relevant options and get an advisor.

as for being rude, an I, at least I can read the contact page, and know how to use google.

Toto rest assured I'll not help in the future, what a rerard

I called up Paypal about two or three times and got them to fix the issues I had (sending them emails didn't really do the job). Not sure why a company so technologically advanced as Paypal doesn't offer Live Chat. Also, Paypal should allow users to clear/hide history.

Anyhow, you got the info you needed from previous users.

Actually i took much time browsing the contact us page and the only number in it wont pass me to an agent. So i asked here and got sensible responses (without sarcasm) from some users who actually contacted paypal and know how to speak to an agent.

You will do me a favour not to comment in my future threads
