HMV have it for £15.99 and there's 10% Quidco, that's the cheapest I could find even with out the cashback.

Agreed, HMV seems to be the best price. Did you know that Peter Kay is working on a third series! I don't know how far on it is but I heard an interview with him in the Summer on the radio and he was talking about it.

Slightly off topic but if their is any Phoneix nights / max and paddy stuff you want signing Paddy Mcguiness is good at signing stuff just send it to the address on his website and comes back within 2 weeks normally

Only managed to get max and paddy dvd signed by peter kay from buying it direct as dont think he signs much

He keeps talking about this, but it's not going to happen. Did you notice that the Phoenix Club scenes in Max and Paddy had bad lookalikes for the main characters- Jerry, etc? They've all fallen out with Peter Kay, apparently over him taking the credit for all of the writing (accepting awards, etc) when it appears to have been much more of a team effort, and so are unlikely to want to make another series. Makes sense, how rubbish was Max and Paddy up to Phoenix Nights? The sad thing is he may well go ahead and make a series with some of the minor characters which would ruin it- I believe he owns the rights.

Dear everyone

Thanks for that.

The club is so like that in real life believe me.

I nearly went into early labour laughing at the drunk horse scene.

Might take it to the labour ward with me, so funny sometimes.

Don't live on Bolton anymore but brings it all back when I watch it.
