oneplus 3 definitely. it is the best all round phone for 329. bear in mind you can charge this phone to about 60% maybe a tiny bit over in 30 minutes which is good if you're on the move a lot or just want the convenience. This is the quickest phone to charge I believe currently even beating the s7 and s7 edge

For under £300 - Nexus 5X 32gb. ~£220 and will get Android Nougat and be good for one more after that. If you love loads of updates go for the oneplus and I mean loads of updates to fix what went wrong with the previous update.
Nexus 6P is the fastest charging phone when taking battery size into the equation but out of your price bracket.

Much of a much.

Huawei you would be losing gyro, not as good for video recording and no USB type C (slower charging times), guaranteed Nougat and next version after, no corning gorilla glass. Lower screen contrast,

You would be gaining slightly better audio, expandable memory, higher sound volume, better battery (but slower charging).

I think without looking they are price wise much of a much in comparison with each other. But if you thinking on the Huawei try one in a store first the Emotion UI is really one of those Marmite UI's but off course you can place your own favourite launcher etc instead. I'm certainly not against Huawei as got a Nexus 6P myself but really do think why ohh why did they put Emotion UI onto their own devices when you can see how much better they run with native android on the 6P.
