Placed a 3 upgrade in store yesterday for the note 7 and was told i could collect on 30th of august. Well today, i got a phone call saying that it will be 13th September for pick up as there have been too many orders for the coral blue colour. I asked if i could reverse the upgrade or cancel before 13th September (as i wanted to see if i could find a better deal) and they said if you place the upgrade in store you cannot.
It says this on the website:
You can do a one time “like for like” exchange within 7 days from the day you received your device, as long as it’s in as new condition.
I rung the store up and told them that it says within 7 days of receiving device which i have still not received and the upgrade has not kicked in yet. He said he will speak with the area manager and get back to me.
