He he I love the noise mine makes:-D If someones fitted a bigger back box it will be noisier than standard. you can quieten some of them down but I think your probably better off fitting a standard exhaust if your not keen on the sound. I just happen to have a backbox for it which i took off mine because I wanted it louder:whistling: Where are you located?

i no they meant to be loud but im now deaf lol. I no evos are better but im only 24 and cant get insurance on one yet

The wife said the same when I fitted a straight through Ashley system on her Escort (4" tailpipe). Sounded beasty as hell but it was a pain on the motorway :lol: I've got a Janspeed DTM box on mine with twin 3" pipes and its not too bad. Sounds like yours has been built the same way as hers, ie motorcycle style with no baffles.

it had a removeable baffle bung but it didnt come with the car. i have looked on the scooby website and they all seem to small.
