Can I buy a handheld/pocket/Portable GPS Sat Nav for about £120.00 ?

I want a Sat Nav that is dedicated to being a Sat Nav, not a pocket PC or a phone with additional software to make it something its not, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for your help... JON

:D It depends what you want to use it for, I have a Garmin Venture that I use as a backup for hiking, it has no mapping software (you buy that seperately), but it can store pre-defined routes that you download to it from a PC with the mapping software. There is a website www.pocketgpsworld.com that has a comprehensive GPS forum, with info for beginers on types of gps systems. If your after a recreational GPS then Garmin or Magellan are considered the best.
If your after a cheap automotive GPS then the Garmin I3 is very good, I have one and have had no problems with it, there is a link in the Hot Deals forum to some offers at the moment £99 Woolworths and £129 Comet.

Hope this Helps
