Hello,
Has anyone dealt with this company? My partner bought a puzzle from them for our son's as a Xmas present. We received it today and is not very good at all. Contacted their cs on chat, the person was not only very impatient (kept asking me if I was still online when typing a reply), then taking ages to Gert back to me with stupid questions and left the chat without notice. I wasn't being rude at all, used to work in cs so know how to handle, and know what you get for being rude. So decided to send them an email with pictures of the chat transcript, only for the email to bounce back as their inbox is too full. Finally just checked trust pilot and they have the most awful reviews... A bit gutted for him, as he wanted to get something more personal than the usual tat kids can get at Xmas :|

From your description it sounds as if the item does not match your expectations? If I am right, there is the following process you can take on this web page.
Consumer > Changing your mind about something you've bought
I suggest you use the letter method - fancy web chat/e-mails/ texts simply do not cut it. An old fashioned letter especially one sent "signed for" gets the right response.

Thanks for that, unfortunately it was a personalised item so we can't use that letter. Looks like the email got through now though it seems it's the "mother" company in the US, hopefully they will sort something out :)

I have ordered from these in the past via a deal on groupon for some photo books for a project i was doing on Travelling showmen. it was to be used at a photographic exhibition and the quality was dreadful. I tried to contact them and they told me that my picture quality was rubbish. Im a professional photographer and own my own printing company but can't print books. In the end i went with another company for the books and they were fantastic. I would never recommend using these again

Oh dear! You must have been gutted! That's a rubbish thing to happen for such an important project. Hope it didn't deter people from appreciating your efforts :)..He wasn't too pleased either, he's a cameraman and photographer too, so gutter at the way the thing came. I've told him in the past to check where he's getting his stuff from. Almost got stung a few years back because he ordered a lens from some random on-line shop and took me ages to get his money back. We ended up going to shop on Tottenham court road and for me to do the haggling to get him his lens ;)
