I bought an item from Currys online on 25th November 2016, Currys took my payment immediately, but they have not sent my item which had estimated delivery of 1st December. Several attempts to ring them and constantly on hold. Sent an email on 5th December and no response (their site says email response can take up to 72 hours) Their customer service is very very poor. Very frustrated as their is no online chat facility. Anyone know how I can actually contact Currys to find out when my order will be delivered? Thanks in advance.
