I ordered a bundle from Game. One of the items was not in the package, despite being listed on the dispatch slip inside the box. A phone call to customer services confirmed it should have been in the box, not sent seperately.
Game are really dragging their feet sorting this out for me and sending me the missing item. It has been two weeks now. I get the cursory, cut and paste reply to my emails saying 'investigating with the courier' every 48 hours.
Has anyone had a similar experience with Game? And how did they resolve it for you if you did? It's annoying to say the least! It's almost like they are hoping I will get bored and give up!
I appreciate any replies from people who've had similar issues.
