I ordered £40 multimeter from eud.dx.com on 9th December with "Free 5-7 day delivery via NL Post". It's been two weeks and I still haven't got my item.

Truth is it's still being sent from China, not Netherlands and their courier tracking website is basically a copycat of real PostNL courier:http://www.postnlparcels.cn/en/
It doesn't work now and Google translated this error message as account being suspended.
Has anyone had similar issues with DX? Is there any point in contacting those monkeys or should I just contact Mastercard and claim chargeback to save myself hassle?
