I ordered £40 multimeter from eud.dx.com on 9th December with "Free 5-7 day delivery via NL Post". It's been two weeks and I still haven't got my item.

What's worse, their website is really misleading about the postage, here's what they advertise:

http://e.dx.com/collection/201404/eu_direct_description/img/banner.jpg

Truth is it's still being sent from China, not Netherlands and their courier tracking website is basically a copycat of real PostNL courier:

http://www.postnlparcels.cn/en/

It doesn't work now and Google translated this error message as account being suspended.

Has anyone had similar issues with DX? Is there any point in contacting those monkeys or should I just contact Mastercard and claim chargeback to save myself hassle?

If it's being posted from China I have had stuff take six weeks to arrive. Have to agree that if they advertising the quicker delivery they should at least be sending from china with a expedited service.

it says 72hr ship out, not 72hr delivery though, probably means it will be dispatched in 72hrs ?

Free Expedited Delivery by Post NL:Delivery Time:5 - 7 business days

I'm more worried by the fact that my parcel had "on it's way to europe" status for nearly 2 weeks until their courier company's website simply got suspended by the hosting company from what I deciphered with google translate.

Looks like I'll never see my item..

looks like it can take up to 14 business days , nearly 3 weeks

What is the Dispatch & Delivery Time?

The orders will be dispatched in 2 – 4 business days after we receive your confirmed payment. We will give you early notice within 48 hours,if there is a delay on supply.

The delivery time is according to our courier Post NL,they promised is 5-10 days excepted the outpost area.

Buy from them and face the consequences unfortunately. Hopefully it turns up before Christmas if that's what it's for

Anything from China is normally 15 WORKING days delivery time so I wouldn't be concerned until then. I hope you get it before Xmas :-)
