Is anyone else having these problems and does anyone know a website that offers better tracking? Approximately 25% do not track.

I think you have gambling issues....

Jokes aside, yes have to agree with it getting worse and contacting their helpdesk doesn't help either. I'm sure you will get it at the end but will take a bit of time.

I used TopCashback back in Feb to pay for topdog holiday insurance still have not received anything, and it is only showing up as a £1 cashback even though it was supposed to be more.

I have made numerous purchases through Quidco aswell totalling £70 still nothing since last November from Argos. Out of the four retailers, Mymemory, Viking, Debenhams, Argos only Mymemory has paid 0.21p I dont know what is going on.

I think the problem is it is harder for them to make money with such low interest rates. They generally make money in two ways first is by charging retailers for promotional/advertising space, secondly and main revenue stream is earning interest on cashback between getting paid by retailer and customers withdrawing it. So I guess with lower interest rates they need to hold to money for longer? Only guessing

LMAO that's exactly what I was about to say.
The only way to rack up that amount of cashback is through gambling. I know from my own experience when you raise a claim from an untracked gambling transaction it rarely it's approved and it takes an extremely long time.

The issue here will be gambling websites changing their policies and making it harder to get the claim sorted in general and a lot more dodgy casino operators than there used to be.

Usually it's not actually TCB who pay out.  They are just hosting the promotion. Anything like cookies, tracking or terms not being followed 100% Will stop a payout at the merchant end. You must also bear in mind that some of these places may be just sister companies so if they see the same account etc may pass it on to be scrutinised more thoroughly.

It's only if they are being declined I'd worry.

I got £125 back from EE in under 2 months l, but my £28 for car insurance will take several months. It's not TCB it's the merchants.
One purchase from Masdings paid in 48 hrs..
