Hi :)
My hair is in a right state!
I have longish hair, but it's constantly falling out and breaking... But I have no idea what products I should really be using as every hairdressers seem to be paid to advertise certain brands!
Any help would be massively appreciated! :)

Sounds like you don't need an hairdresser but a doctor to recommend a specialist. Till then be care what you use on your hair. In general hair products are not meant to treat your hair for health but for looks.

I agree, hairdressers only deal with the actual look of the hair not the health.
Try cutting down on products and heat styling, go back to natural oils like almond and coconut which should hopefully give it back strength.
Pantene 7 signs is also good for fall out

My hair used to fall out some time ago. Upon a visit to the hairdressers, I was advised to put coconut oil on my hair (must be dry) once a week, then wash it off on the same day. It works for me and I still do this.

Yea I've heard coconut oil and a vitamin called biotin is supposed to promote hair health

My sister is a hairdresser and recently I had this problem. More the breaking. She got me a variety of stuff and now I used Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer before I wash it, then whatever shampoo and conditioner, then Revlon Uniq before I dry it. It is the most amazing thing I've ever tried. My hair is healthy and shiny and the best it's looked for a long time. Just go easy on the heat too. Good luck!

Don't dye or heat your hair, it kills it, Don't wash it too much either, it washes all it's natural oils out.!

Also could be a medical condition so don't rule that out, i,e stress, anxiety, alopecia etc..
