Hi all

Does anyone have any good tips or sites for purchasing a QNAP NAS drive ? Looking at either the TS-109 or TS-209 (possibly 219).

Have tried many of the usual suspects but all around a similar price. Is there a hidden gem supplier out there who stock these ?

Cheers

The TS109 is cheaper at CCL than most places, don't know about the rest of the range:

Personally I was looking at these and the Synology's and ended up using a PC with Linux in the end. Cheaper, more expandable, more functionality and actually similar power usage when putting the right parts together. Pretty sure someone will come up with a pre-build Atom based server system for under £150 soon enough, then all these NAS devices start to look very expensive.

don't know what is wrong with cclonline (dot) com but HDUK seems to have asterisked seven shades out of it.
