Question please about wii fit

just bought a wii today for my two children for xmas, my little boy is into ski ing big time and somebody said the wii fit would be great for him for this, not sure if this is right ? secondly why do the wii fit vary in price so much seen them from about £60 to over £100 also lastly do they all come with a balance board ?

wii fit retails for £69. if you see it cheaper then good on you. any more than that it is either a bundle deal with extra games or board cover or it is someone making a profit due to the shortage of availability. Got one for the wife, its a great bit of kit. Skiing game is included on the disc you get with the fit. Hope that helps

just to let you know in my opinion the skiing is not that great and quickly gets boring, also not sure how old your son is but mine is 5 and he can't do the skiing (he doesn't have great balance though ;-) )

thanks for that, he was 10 yesterday, he will be ok for balance as he ski's for a team and races got to try and track one down now thats not in a deal lol

lol, yeah should be no probs for him then!

and yes family ski game would prob be better, its all getting a bit expensive now though hey, fit board would be a start though

good luck, skiing or no skiing I'm sure you'll all have plenty of fun with the wii :thumbsup:

I have been skiing before (only an amature) and the Wii fit Skiing is not like real skiing (obviously). When i first tried it i kept trying to do the same action as I did when I was skiing and it just don't work properly.

It is fun but I could see a proper Skier getting frustrated
