Checked out FB and twitter but no mention of issues.

We have some important information regarding your Quidco account:

We’re writing to you about some duplicate transactions that you may have spotted in your payments page today and to let you know that we’re working to rectify the situation for you.

Unfortunately, this means that we will be unable to send your payment to you overnight, as this issue requires an overnight fix.

Please be assured, though, that we aim to send your payment out to you tomorrow night instead.

In the meantime, sincere apologies for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused, and many thanks for your patience and understanding.

Got this message from them today
We have some important information regarding your Quidco account:

Further to our message yesterday, we are writing to you with an update.

We regret we will be unable to fix our technical issue in time for a payment to be sent to you today. However, our Tech team is working round the clock to enable us to send your payment out in Monday’s payment run, and they will continue to do so until the cause of this unfortunate situation is rectified.

If you are currently unable to request a payment at all, please don't worry. This has been implemented whilst we fix the issue.

We cannot apologise enough for the continued inconvenience, as the last thing we want is for you to be unable to receive your payment.

Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will come back to you on Monday with an update, in which we aim to be able to bring you good news.
have to say think this thread would serve far better in MISC and have reported it as such
