quidco problems

I just logged into quidco and all of my transactions are missing. I had some cashback amounting to around £13 which I was saving up for a rainy day but it's now showing 0.00. what is also strange is that when I clicked through to a retailer to earn cashback I had an email congratulating me on my first visit. I have triple checked that I am using the correct login. since their support is not available until Monday I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem?

just incase anyone is interested, I spoke to quidco on the live chat and within about 5 mins everything was fixed. haven't got a clue what the problem was tho!!

I am glad that you had this issue resolved quickly! I cannot say for certain as I had not been present while your issue had been resolved, however this issue that you have experienced is usually due to a duplicate account registered under the same email address. These accounts are usually NUS or part of the Rewards4 group that do not hold any transactions. It may have been the case that when you logged in, you had been directed to the dormant account. I assume that the adviser that you had spoken with on Live Chat had closed the duplicate account to save this from occurring again.

Ah that makes sense now as I went through the nus site instead of the way I usually do it. I must say though, I was extremely impressed with how fast it was to get it sorted via live chat. Makes a change to have proper customer service. thank you! :-)
