I have three orders with Rakuten which have not been dispatched since ordering over a month ago.
I have contacted Rakuten who keep 'contacting the merchant' and telling me to allow 3 working days for a response etc. Of course no response comes and no refund for any of my purchases... I am stuck in the loop asking for a refund.
Any ideas on what to do next? Rakuten is closing at the end of August so I am worried I am going to lose the money entirely when this happens...
Any help appreciated!
