Can anyone tell me what they make of this Super Points thing? It talks about multipliers and whatnot but I don't have a clue how it works http://www.rakuten.co.uk/policy/terms_conditions/coupo…

What are you having difficulty understanding?

The "Promotional Period" means between 0.01 am on Thursday 8th January 2015 and 23:59 Thursday 8th January 2015.

If a customer places an order totalling £50 on Friday 9th January 2015 with 1 merchant, the customer will earn no Super Point multipliers, as they did not purchase during the “Promotional Period”. They will still earn their standard rate of 50 Super Points.
If a customer places an order totalling £100 on Thursday 08th January 2015 with 1 merchant and a further order totalling £30 later that same day with a different merchant, the customer will earn the full 2630 Super Points in total worth £26.30. Their standard rate was 130 and the promotional rate was capped at 25x (2500).

To get the multiplier do you have to buy multiple items, or is the multiplier 25 regardless of what is bought!

I would think its for any items purchased during the promo period not necessarily miltiples

During the promotional period, customers can earn a 25 x multiple of this standard rate by purchasing from any shop during the “Promotional Period”
