Hi,

I recently purchased a Ralph lauren Polo shirt online and I'm not sure whether I'm being paranoid as to whether it's genuine or a fake. It's a white custom fit size medium polo shirt.

I've compared it with my originals which were bought from outlet stores, and they differ in a couple of ways. The logo is slightly higher, and the buttons are slightly thicker. I aren't sure if this is just because it's a different style or something.

I have taken some images:

Anyone care to please enlighten me as to whether it's a real or a fake? It has the NIF number on there (first picture), but there is no supplier number on a separate tag as there usually is.

Thank you,

Where did you buy it from?
An online seller - Where it's from should be irrelevant really, as someone who knows their stuff will be able to tell if it's real or fake by the hem size, logo stitching, positioning etc. I apologise if that sounds rude.

I just thought it would probably be easier to say if fake or not if its from a seller that is known to sell fakes.

All of my originals from the Ralph Lauren outlet have a PO Box number in the tag

It's ooriginal. All these people here don't like ****. Every original Ralph has an NIF number or supplier code. Yours has it. Fakes don't ever come with any of these codes

Looks real enough to me but probably made for outlet stores (TKMAXX, M&MDirect etc) so not the top quality as the high end RL stuff. £30 is the going rate at these stores for a polo shirt.
