"genreally dont wanna grow TOO much"

Don't worry, that won't be a problem.

A good protein supplement can help getting extra protein in your diet.

And depending on what your diet is like, currently, an EFA supplement, and perhaps a multi-vitamin.

To be honest, keeping track of your current diet, ensuring you're getting sufficient protein to benefit from your workouts, plenty of veggies, EFAs (or supplement if you find it difficult to get this from diet alone), and a protein supplement if you're not getting enough through food.

Try not to "waste" calories. if you know what I mean.

Train hard, eat right, have a bit of patience - Rome wasn't built in a day. And there's no magic bullet in a supplement.

I generally just search around a few supplement sites for whoever has a discount on it. Before now, I've bought them from Holland & Barrett, healthdirect (think they have a discount on them right now). You can find them for reasonable prices on ebay, too.

Maintaing a good diet is really important and eating right amount of carbs, protein and calories..

It all depends what sort of physique you looking for? I recommend Maximuscle and the protein which I reallt find that works is Maximuscle Cyclone. This is for muscle and size.

The site which I recommend is Total Supplement Store, I don't no the exact website but if google that it will come up with the correct site and is based in UK. They very cheap and have good discounts.

Some good tips here - Whey Protein works a treat, although everyone will have their own opinion on what works and what doesn't.
