Here are a couple of Baby record books I've sent my colleagues or customers at work.

The Original Peter Rabbit Baby Book - My First Year (Beatrix Potter) Hardcover
Winnie the Pooh Baby Days Record Book
I've got the tatty teddy one for my two kids, I also wrote a pregnancy journal which is tatty teddy. They are a nice design and little envelopes for lock of hair etc
thankyou so much guys for replying (:
i will check them out.. its just so hard to choose when you cannot see inside the books hehe :)
W H Smiths, Boots, Tesco, Marks & Spencers, John Lewis and most booksellers (Waterstones, etc) should have copies of various Baby Record Books available to peruse. If they are boxed ask an assistant who will readily allow you access to the books to see the contents inside. Having worked in a bookshop I literally sold thousands of the Baby Record Books for Mothers, Fathers, and Grandparents as a memento of the occasion. It's a perfect gift.

Don't forget if you Google each product, and select the Images tab (top the page) it should provide pictures of inside of each of baby record book.

my daughter has the Winnie the Pooh one and i can highly recommend it, I filled in every page religiously with all sorts of keepsakes taped in, I love that book.
I've been trying to find one for 8 months but I just can't decide
