Hellooo :)

I'm a tutor, I help people make use of their computers/tablets/phones etc...

Many of my learners benefit from step-by-step instructions on simple stuff like turn the computer on, start the internet, close everything and start again.

I keep finding it a criminal waste of time getting a couple of sheets printed when I'm on-site!

I've seen very efficient office admins using portable printers but I have ZERO knowledge on them!

Any recommendations or advice on what to expect?

Whats your budget?

Google Canon portable printer, I used a Canon BJC printer years ago which did me well.

Canon PIXMA iP110 Photo Printer with battery looks good but at over £200

could hook up an invert in your car and run a normal laser printer?

Quite an old printer but still pretty impressive is the HP Deskjet 460, Very portable and compact in size. I would highly recommend this, can be picked up quite cheaply from eBay etc.

A lot of printers are WiFi now so it's just a case of getting power and how portable you need it.

460 looks good, thanks, the odd one comes up particularly cheap :)

A rather efficient office Admin I know suggested iP100 or iP110 so nice to have that model seconded :)
