I was previously on Three however I moved to ID Mobile after the price hike. I'm looking to rejoin however I am unable to get a contract online as my bank details are the same as those I used for the previous account I am constantly getting an error on the details.
Does anyone know how to get around this? I am keen to do it online for the additional cash back available.
Thanks.

I signed up to a second account online no problem contact ur bank and ensure there isn't a block on account and then just phone thru to the website helpline but don't sign up till problem resolves. .

There shouldn't be a block on the account. Regularly used for other purchases.
Tried calling Three about the problem but just get passed around and pushed to register with them over the phone.

Hi - Log into your online banking, and check your direct debit mandates.

Many times mobile phone providers will still have a mandate on the account even though you're no longer with them. No payments are taken, its just the agreement still exists between provider and your bank. If it's in your direct debits, just cancel the mandate and once that takes effect it should be okay. Can't see why else it would throw and error.
