Looking for a rough ball park figure to completely replace all water pipe work in an average sized 3 bed house. Two bathrooms one with a shower the other with a bath. I know it can be difficult depending on size but looking for an idea of what to save for. Also need all raidiators replacing 9 in total 5 large rest small. Also is there any plans out there to help elderly people with the costs? I know not easy without sizing up and we are waiting for plumber to size up but wanna know what money region we are looking at. Any ideas would be great. Please no stupid answers please

I would suggest you contact your local council and perhaps citizens advice to see what grants are available.
A lot will depend on how many floorboards need to come up , and if carpets are fitted . Most of my CH pipes are under the upstairs floor . Maybe they can just leave the pipework in situ and lay micropipes along the walls . You really need 2 or 3 plumbers to give you separate quotes and explain how they'd do it. .
