I am with ee. I then went online and signed up to an online account thinking it would allow me to add my number, but instead it says a end user already exists with that number. So I went through again singing in my my number then setting up the account but now it says email in use.... I rang them and the planks said they would send an email to merge the two together.or reset it or something.. didn't arrive so I rang again... sti nothing. Anyone else know how to reset or merge the accounts without calling EE?
