resume play CD player for listening to audio books

Hi there. I am looking for a CD player preferably with a clock on it that has a resume play feature. This is for my gran who is 89 years old and not good with technology. This is to listen to audio books provided by the library. MUST have resume play as it's unlikely she would be able to fast forward/rewind etc to find where she got up to in the book, and that's if she can remember!
Also I am looking for a free standing option NOT a personal Walkman style one.

    I don't think you will, cheap mp3 player, and a plug in speaker so much easier than trying to find a cd player with resume. We shown my missus 90 year old grandmother how to use a smart phone so I'm sure yours will be fine with a little help

    Thanks. It really needs to be a CD player as the books come on disc from the library. It's very unlikely she will manage an MP3 or smart phone as she has difficulty with her home phone and TV remote control! She finds it difficult using her hands and small fiddly buttons would be a no no.

    I have been going around in circles with this one. Looking for 'resume play' rather than cd bookmark which might have helped. Cheaper on Amazon too. Appreciate your help
