If you look at specifications, it will be easy for you to make decision. Samsung one is better with having sim slot and 2 year warranty but small screen size and Android 5.1 are making it less attractive as compare to Asus zenpad.

Samsung do a number of different screen spec models, so you have to be very careful when choosing as they are all called "Galaxy". I personally would choose the Asus, as I have found the build quality on their tablets to be better.
