You need some Google training!
And gsmarena clearly show it is 4G.

from GSM Areana

Samsung Galaxy Note II N7100

General 2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100 - N7105
4G Network LTE 800 / 900 / 1800 / 2600 - N7105
SIM Micro-SIM
Announced 2012, August
Status Available. Released 2012, September

so it supports O2 $G frequencies

so

1. dod yuo have a 4G enabled sim card for O2?

2. are you in a 4G area - check here http://www.o2.co.uk/4g/coverage-and-cities

3. Have you enabled 4G mode is software ?

having said that, as mentioned above, it does appear taht some early Note 2s were not in fact 4G enabled

if teh threev points above all fail then maybe you do not have the option

The N7100 variant of the Note is not LTE capable I know this as I three had that provided me that model and had to get the N7105 variant (current) to take advantage of the 4G upgraded speed hope this helps. :)

And if you read EliToms post the info for 4G has the N7105 model at the end of the line :)

If it's the N7100 then no it's not 4G capable. Samsung released the N7100 first, then they released the N7105 variant which is LTE/4G.
That said, when I was on Virgin Mobile and had the N7100 I could get 20Mb download speed on it. And VM isn't full 4G but, it's a better speed than any of the other 3G networks. I do believe I tried a 4G sim in it as well and got above 10MBs. Something that I haven't been able to achieve on other 3G phones. They most I could get out of them, was 5Mb.

N7100 is 3g only. The note 2 n7105 is 4g friendly

My Samsung Mobile galaxy note 2 n7100 update 4G please my help

No need to sign up to post on an old thread, as it's already been answered in this thread.
As stated in the thread, the N7100 variant of the Galaxy Note 2, does not have 4G.
Only the N7105 variant has 4G.
So if you guys have the N7100, you won't get 4G on it but, it's quite an old phone now anyway so it's not surprising.
