If anyone can help. I just purchased the Samsung UE46H6203 and connected it to a normal sky box.
The problem I am having is the picture quality is not crisp. I followed the set up but still I am not sure why the quality is so poor.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks

Check the hdmi connections are in properly and that the sky cables are properly connected
#2
Have you connected it via HDMI?
#3
If it is scart it may not be that brilliant

If it is a " Normal Sky Box " as suggested, it will not show any HD, nor will it have any HDMI connectors. ( scart only ).

Check the channel on Sky is an HD channel . For instance Ch 101 is BBC1 Standard Definition - BBC1 HD is channel 143 or something like that . Also you used to have to pay Sky extra to get HD even if you have an HD Box , but should do HD on the Non Sky channels .

Standard definition wont really look that crisp in comparison to HD, what is your source SD or HD?

Change output in Sky picture settings to RGB

Its not a sky HD box just a standard scart box. But what I find odd is that my previous bush 32" picture quality was clearer than this.

your new tv is highlighting the poor picture. A Sky HD box will allow a better picture, or if you are just using the box for freeview, then get a freeview/freesat HD box and connect it via a cheap hdmi cable.

Also the size increase will highlight the picture quality. Shouldn't be using scart in 2015 really.

How would the OP do that on a " normal Sky Box " ?

They do not have HD.

Maybe the motion plus is on in setting.
