We bought an expensive samsung, it went faulty after 8months, called samsung out to repair it, (circuit board) samsung couldn't get the parts, so they decided it needed replacing, we had to wait over two months for a new machine to be delivered. Samsung after sales absolutely shocking, no compensation for being without a a machine, no reimbursement of laundrette costs. I personally would not buy another samsung product !

£950 for a washing machine, I'd rather pay my mum to do mine. False economy imo.

My auntie purchased a Samsung washing machine and dry(Separate) from currys and after a week of using them they gave up Samsung said it was the 'circuit board' it was almost 1month for the repairs. I have had a hotpoint since last May and no issues so far.

Top of the range Samsung, 5yr guarantee, £200 manufacturer cashback, Samsung tab and the updated price from £1149.99 to £1699, mis priced probably gave me the push to buy this at £950.

oO you could of bought a made to last miele for £950 instead of a £350 Samsung with £100s added for silly extras like remote control
