Have tried the plastic ones and I ALWAYS get something annoying stuck underneath!

I personally don't bother, I usually find its very difficult to get them free of air bubbles and dust and that can sometimes be seen during gameplay, on my old iPhone i had for 2 years never had a screen protector and used everyday, all it had was very few minor scratches to the screen, I would suggest using a nice carry case instead to protect when not using?

I do I use the plastic screen protectors and they work fine but if you always get something under them try a glass screen protector as they are easier to apply.

I always use glass screen protectors on anything I can, they are very easy to apply and last for yonks. Not too much of a price difference between those and plastic ones now either.

I can recommend the Hori screen protectors. They are so easy to apply. I'm sure many others would agree.
