Hi all,

I am not happy with the netbook I purchased and I wanna send it back, unfortunately,
I have to cover the costs. Could anyone suggest me a reliable service to do that? Its around
4-5kg, royal mail might be a bit expensive or what do you reckon. Hope I could send it for
less than £15.

Cheers!

That sounds really cheap and good, but the insurance just seems to cover £50, and I would need cover of around £200.

Additionally, do I need to stay home the whole day to wait for pick up or do they specify a timeframe of lets say 2 hours when they will come.

Cheers

they will collect from anywhere (work, friends, family) addresses. But yes someone will have to wait in for the collection.

I send large costly bits all the time and just stick it in a large box with packaging with the basic insurance. Im not saying for you to do that but ive never had a problem *touch wood*

Where did you buy it from?
Why aren't you happy with it?
And who told you you would have to pay the cost? ( I'm guessing they did, whoever they are. )

argosclearance told me that, bought it from them on ebay. I got an Samsung nc10, the problem is that it only has a 3-cell battery and after 100 minutes the netbook is without power. Not acceptable from my point of view!
