Should be seen by all parties as a legitimate new sale, which it is. TCB would technically object about the name difference but is unlikely to be routinely informed of that detail.

It's now tracked, however I quickly changed the name on my topcashback account to match the name on the new order - is this too late or should it be ok?

Having had a quick re-read of TCBs t&c, I can no longer see a mention of non-member cashback so may not matter.
But for random ref: quick read of Quidco t&c very obviously states "...account Holders must not enter into, or attempt to enter into, any transaction with a retailer or to endeavour to gain Cashback (a) by providing personal information of someone else..."

Not sure what your q is asking, but TCB does not provide personal customer info to the affiliates when you click through from TCB.

Ok so the fact that the topcashback account was in my name, and the sky order is in my wife's is ok? I just changed my first name on the TCB account to my wife's just in case though.
