I took out a new Sky contract (new customer) - tv, internet, and telephone (so 3 different amounts of cashback from Quidco) on 15th September. It has all tracked and the retailer decision was agreed on 1st November (3rd step of cashback), so I am still waiting for the final stage - for it to be confirmed to get the payment. Has anybody managed to get cashback paid out from Sky via Quidco this year, and, if so, how long did they have to wait for it to be finally paid after the retailer decision was paid? Originally, it said that I would be paid by Christmas, but now it just says that the retailer is taking longer than expected to process the transaction. It would have been nice to have had the money for Christmas. Thank you.
