I think you and I have just missed some Sky offers - none available at the moment. I hope that Black Friday may tempt them into something this coming week.

Just haggle with them when cancelling,i get the original bundle, line rental and unlimited fibre (40 mps) for £26.40 a month for the full 12 months

its not just a case of cancelling and signing up in your wife's name. Needs to be a different surname, bank details and you will lose your telephone number. Plus, new setup costs will be payable.

better to haggle as post 2 states

Thanks for the info, we hardly ever use the house phone so it only there for the linerental and to help find my phone when I've left it some where :p . So I guess it's just weighting up. Think il call them up and see what they can offer. A friend got fibre, variety bundle, linerental, and evening/wkend calls for around £65. With a free TV and £130 top cashback

Not true, as i did it-even in same name (by mistake) and same bank details.

Its mainly the address which catches you out. My original account was in for example 123, high street, london. But doing it online where no human element normally comes into it, i added my house name, Manor house, 123, high street... and it all worked out fine.

Didnt tell any lies or any fraudulent info, and was going to do it wifes name, but chrome just auto filled my details.

Had sky calling me on original account almost every day since though to resign up though!!

I got full package last week with fibre broadband for £30 per month via the win back team.

£20pcm for complete bundle
£10pcm for broadband (line rental included in price)

This is what amazes me. If they just lowered their tariffs everyone would be happy. I'm never happy because you always have to phone them every year

Called up and have been offered the above for £49.96. Decent deal?

Always have 50% off. Have done for last 10 years.

Just cancelled Sky TV and rejoined straightaway, by saying I recieved a email for £100 credit plus 75 percent off...

Not sure if this also applies to Sky Talk and Broadband...

Try it in someone else's name, spouse etc.

Hope this helps.
