can anyone give any feedback if this tv is any good ?

i ordered newer 2014 series kdlw829 but pictures look quite distorted .. considering 905 is older model but looks like higher spec.

46 is available at 799 and 55 at 1049

any review from someone who own this one

great picture go for it
I have the 905 and haven't looked back I love it, especially for the nfc remote
hey guys thanks for quick feedback...

JL is selling at 799 (46)
currys 1099 (55 inch)

dont know which one to go for

hate currys though but ideally i wanted 50 inch :-((
55" always mine is ab fab
have you checked sony outlet for a refurb, often they look good as new
I've got the 46" version and its a great piece of kit. price wise, the new john lewis price of 799 is very hard to beat.

Richer sounds did have several clearance sets but think theres only one in holburn now. Make 100% sure you call them before just heading down and make sure they tell you exactly what it comes with. I got mine from reading store and before going to store called to reserve the set and they explained it was missing the 4x 3d glasses so I'm now in process of looking for 2 pairs.
It'll be a 5 year guarantee at John Lewis as well!
ya i absol love JL , and i have worked at currys before so know the pitfalls and gimmicks there

its just i really wanted either 50 or 55 inch. i have already tried 55 pan(et60- too much pixelation on SD channels /46 inch samsung(which is decent f6800) and now tried new 2014 sony 50 inch model w829

but i read at several places that older samsung w905 is much better as it has sony 's own panel ? rather then third party

would you guys suggest to try new samsung version or go for sony itself
