Would really consider another phone, if I were you. I have had a couple and had nothing but problems with crashing, freezing etc. I now have the k810i and have found it excellent, in spite of this model being appreciably 'cheaper'.

Apparently the newer version of the K850i is supposed to be better now because they have fixed the existing problems. I overheard this from on o2 salesman talking to a customer the other day. He said that initially the K850i was mainly focused on being a 5mp camera then a phone. Now it is more of a phone whilst it has a supporting 5mp camera to go with it. ;-)

Now I'm not sure if it only applies to all of the different colours of the K850i or just the Quick Silver Black which is exclusive to O2 direct channels.
