im after the above for my new TV and lounge - I want it to be cheap (£30ish) but powerfull enought for me to know its there.


I also need to know what ports i need on my TV and I i can wall mount the speakers or put them on the floor or stand behind me sofas.

Any help will be greatfully recieved!

where is the output for suround sound coming from?

I got a surround sound system from Asdas for £25 its there Duraband make but its a fab set up, is loud as well and you can adjust each speaker.

It has the main unit with 5 mini speakers.

well I dont want a to cheap one and it make the tv sound like poop - any recommendations?

The sound is there and it has a good bass to it, its a fab set best money i ever spent on a system

to be honest with you what you will need is a sound decoder like an av reciever this will decode the channels into 5.1 6.1 or 7.1 surround sound.
unless you only want stereo surround sound and any **** speakers will do that
i have the eltax that cost me about £30 but to gain 5.1 you will need an av reciever from maplins etc which cost in the region of £100+
