So this morning woke up to 2 emails from wowcher. A comformation email and another email with a code on.

Its a meat hamper that costs £60. I didnt order it, I logged into the wowcher website to check if the emails were fake but they arent and I have the wowcher on my account.

I have checked my bank account and no money has been taken.

What should I do? Contact them or use the wowcher?! :P

Your bank may not update until Monday/Tuesday with weekend transactions.
I'd hold fire until then.

Wait a bit to, see if they realise and when the sun comes out have a BBQ!

I would be changing password and contacting wowcher anything else is just.....

Code probably already has been used by the person who logged into your account.

Doesn't the email have details about the delivery address or anything like that

Surely my available balance would have updated?

I have changed my password, on checking my account its an old card thats saved on there anyway so not sure how someone would have bought it.

Sounds like somewhere at wowcher they've input or transferred an account number incorrectly. If they've done this they may have marked the charge against a 'default' card. So the purchaser charged an hsbc card, when they input incorrect account number an old card of yours (hsbc) was marked as payment type.
I won't use wowcher again, found them to be frustratingly inefficient.
