I have recently bought 2 Furby Connect's for my children for Christmas but I've been informed that they were the wrong colours!, nobody specified colour!!. I bought them from Tesco and they only sell the blue & purple (which I have) and also pink ones but I need an orange and teal one, do you think I could swap them at another shop without any receipt as it's a like for like??

No chance of getting an orange one...

Couldn't you just get a refund from Tesco and buy them elsewhere

I've been to tesco a while ago and they had teal, pink, blue and purple. Try the customer services desk, or online - however - good luck, as they may now be oos...

I got them in the 3 for 2 the other week thinking blue and purple would be fine for my lads (what was I thinking!!) but I've since been informed that they want orange and teal. I think i'll just have to blame Santa for the misunderstanding ;)
