Sydney Experiences / Activities - Best prices, cashback?

I am off to Sydney with the OH for a 2 week holiday at the beginning of next month and wondered if anyone had any tips, discount codes, recommendations for experiences / activities, etc.

We are likely to book some things before we go via the net so would be interested in anyone knew of a cashback site that would pay out on experiences booked via Australian sites?

All suggestions, tips and recommendations welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Me and OH spent 2 weeks in Sydney over xmas and new year so here is some recomendations of things we done and enjoyed

Eating out

Sydney Harbour bridge hotel exellent bar and food , we spent our new years eve night here , very freindly staff. Owner and wife are from Uk

Sydney Tower Resturant
Has to be booked so book for as early as possible for daylight views, its a buffet but an exellent one loads of choice and lovely as well try the kangaroo steaks. You get to see the whole of sydney so make sure you camera has lots of memory on lol

Shangri -La Sydney . if you are going to go to one posh resturant you must do this one its 36 floors up and overlooks the whole harbour with massive glass windows to get full view can be expsensive but worth it , for 4 of us it cost just over $400 but we had oysters and desserts plus about 3 bottles of wine
though there is a bar next to the resturant so even if you dont go for a meal you must go for a drink at least.

tourist things

Sydney opera house
We though the tour was boring spent 10 mins there taking photos after tour outside and thats it.

Darling Harbour
A must visit place but they way to go is by ferry so go to ferry terminal and get boat to darling harbour and we went via the fairground across the river you cant miss it walk all around the harbour good walk with plent of things to do.

Paddys Market
The only place to go shopping , exellent place and you can get anything on here , my missus loved it as there was loads of handabgs and shoes lol, lots of fakes as well but really good fakes i:e real leather bags which are supposed to be d&e ect you get the idea. the place is massive.

Bondi Beach
ok its a tourist trap but worth going for the day go early ish for a spot as it gets packed and if you like waves then this is the place lol , stay in centre of beach for swimming / going in water as the sufers use the sides.

thats all i can think of but any questions feel free to ask also some photos here
Don't think you'll have too much trouble with crowds at Bondi - you'll be heading over during winter, so only the keen surfers will be out in force :p

If you're an animal lover, definitely worth checking out Taronga Zoo - beautiful spot, right on the harbour, bit on the pricey side though.

If you've got time, the Blue Mountains (about an hour west of Sydney by train) makes for a spectacular day trip, and is an absolute must if you want to get out of the city and see some nature. The Katomba Scenic Railway is the steepest incline railway in the world (52 degree gradient at points) running straight down a cliffside and into a valley rainforest. There's also the famous Jenolan Caves another hour or so away.

The NSW Transport Info site has a helpful list of all the main attractions and how to get to them using public transport.

Oh, and also found this for you - Sydney tourism are currently running a promotion called 'Enliven your senses' - basically a free card you download and print off which entitles you to a whole bunch of 'buy one, get one free' offers - including harbour crusies, entry to the zoo, various meals and accommodation. Could save you quite a bit :)
 Thank you for the replies. Keep them coming :-D
