I will be able to upgrade my mobile on the 23rd Feb, as I've never done this before can anyone tell me what sort of deal I'll be offered, got a Nokia 5800 at the mo on a cash back deal at £35 a month, you reckon I would be able to get a HTC HD2 with a discounted line rental if I stay with 'em, anyone else been offered an upgrade from them recently?
TIA

Hi there
Find the best deal of any network service provider (O2, Orange etc) and make a note of it.
Ring the tmobile customer services dept and ask for a PAC code (port away code).
If they ask why, tell them that you're going to the other provider
They will put you through to their retentions dept and these are the people that are willing to give you the best deals available.
Remember that the PAC code doesn't have to be used and will last for up to 28 days.
Try to not reveal the exact details of the other offer or they'll simply equal it
Don't forget that CPW give good cashback on new contracts (I got $60 for an iphone contract 12 months ago

Good luck

I will await the answer myself as my upgrade is also due on 26th of this month. Have you looked at their new tariff's on the website - some pretty good bargains on there, loving the free bolt on.

I have the old Flext 35 with the unlimited calls (capped at 10,000 minutes) to any network in the evening and on weekends so am hoping they will keep me on that & add some loyalty discount as I love my tariff.

t mobile are the worst for upgrades, they basically offer you the same as you can get for being a new customer, as already said, look around, know what you want, if you dontget it then move on to a new contract
