Any thoughts on how I can get the £29 a month charge down to something more reasonable?

buy a payasyou go sim card (t-mobile) bang it in a 3g phone . use the phone as a modem. you wont get charged anymore that £1 a day .
I have been doing this for 2 months now . i only use it about 3 out 4 weeks . so only costs me £15 .

get deal if you ask me.

P.s 3g connection . pretty close to my broadband speed.
