I need next to no calls, zero texts, but 10GB+ 4G data (ideally unlimited) as my home connection is unreliable. I'm going to Carphone Wharehouse tomorrow but otherwise does anyone know of a similar deal? Phone is Moto X Play, unlocked.

I'm with BT and get about 20GB of data (4G) for £16pm - BT customers (which I am) get a £5 discount on their contracts. BT use the EE network (who BT now own).

Obviously not as cheap as you had but I think you're going to struggle to come anywhere near that.

Thanks, that sounds like a good idea. I see that GiffGaff have unlimited everything on a 1 month contract for £20 / month which seems very tempting too.

Problem is I'd need the ability to at least receive calls. Otherwise that looks perfect, I'll go ask EE tomorrow how much adding calls to that would be

GiffGaff limit the speed to a snail's pace after using 6gb so not really a good alternative and expensive for 6gb of slow data

Do you know how slow? my 3G is around 100kb/s which is useable if I ever go over, but I think EE sounds the best bet now
