Television signal input tester

Hey any television engineers on here that have found any kind of device that can be plugged into every kind of input on a tv that just throws up a test pattern? Would need to be scart, hdmi and rgb connectable?

Something like this is what you probably want and loads of options. Simple case of get your preferred test pattern saved to the device and then plug and play. I've see a few powered by USB too so can be run from the TV direct or on a portable USB power pack if needed. Xenta make a few models but the one I saw that did all you wanted was about £25 or so and I cant find it now.

There are loads of different versions of media players like that, as I said Xenta make some among other companies and most take SD cards etc so can be quite small and portable.
