Ordered a Wii U on Tesco website Sunday afternoon, used £70.50 worth of clubcard vouchers to get £141 off so only had to pay £8 towards it, happy bunny, another kids xmas present sorted :)
Soon after i receive a cancellation email: "We work hard to make sure we have no problems with our deliveries, but in this case,we got it wrong."
No problem I thought, i'll just order something else, only my vouchers are now down to £0. I phone them yesterday and was told they will reappear in my February statement. I explain that I was hoping to use them towards a Christmas present and was told they could email me back the original value within 72hrs. OK, not perfect but I suppose it will have to do.
Curiosity got me today and I thought i'll check the Wii U out again and lo & behold it is still being offered for sale on their website, so why did they cancel it???
