many of the theatre package deals have very poor seats in the theatre tbh-you would be as well buying good tickets and organising transport/hotel yourself
Id love to but wouldnt know where to start and ive never been to london
Id love to but wouldnt know where to start and ive never been to london for the tickets
travelodge website and book travelodge covent garden-nice and central for shops/sightseeing and theatres

then either ryanair and fly to london or get train/bus depending where you are
we just been to london and got great seats,,(special offers),for shows that day,,just got tube to theatre district(shaftsbury sq)and there was loads of tickets stalls,,the one we used was tel020 7851 0300,,but they said the further away to the date the more expensive it is,,we found best to get there that weekend and shop round,,they have all the best tickets at reduced prices..oh and far as staying overnight,,holiday inn is simple and good prices..hope you have good time,,we did
We went a few weeks ago and left it until the week before to book a hotel and got a 4* room through for just £44 (if booking on the day at that hotel reception quoted £265 a night!!!).
Train if used is best booked as far in advance as you can-I don't know where you are but we used and got £8 each way tickets.
Theatre tickets definately best to wait until the day you want to watch the show as the prices are soooo much cheaper-again from the many ticket booths in Leicester Square,
For transport while there, would advise getting an Oyster card from the ticket office-instead of having to queue and buy tube tickets each time you use the tube you just top this up at the beginning of your stay and use it like that.
goggle show and stay - had a great weekend 4 star hotel and great seats for we will rock you and it cost less than the standard room rate for the hotel
